General
The side plank test is an easy way to test torso stability. The test can be performed at home.

Procedure
- Lie on your side and place your elbow on the floor (below your shoulder);
- Keep your feet together;
- The time starts when you lift your hip from the floor;
- Try to maintain the plank position of as long as possible;
- Rest for a few minutes after the attempt and then test the other side.
