The knee-in test is a strength test for your torso. The knee-in test is easy to do.


  1. Sit up straight on the floor/a mat;
  2. Place your hands beside you on the floor;
  3. Pull in your knees to your chest and gently stretch your legs until they are straight;
  4. Return to the starting position. This is one repetition.


Write down the number of repetitions. Write this down and compare it to the next test result. P90X (home exercise program) states that you have to be able to do at least 25 repetitions.
