Our online store has been developed with software from WooCommerce. We have chosen Vimexx for our web hosting. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. Vimexx has access to your data in order to offer us (technical) support, they shall never use your data for any other purpose. Vimexx is required to take appropriate security measures based on our agreement with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.

Web hosting

Vimexx

We procure web hosting and email services from Vimexx. This party processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for their own purposes. This party may collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Vimexx has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Vimexx is under a confidentiality obligation based on the agreement.

Email and Mailing Lists

MailChimp

We send our email newsletters with MailChip. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for their own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is automatically send via our website you will see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. You will then no longer receive the newsletter. For our regular business email traffic we use Vimexx’s services. Payment Processors

Mollie

We use the platform Mollie to handle (a part of) the payments in our online store. Mollie processes your name and payment data such as your bank account or credit card number and (if provided) your address and place of residence data. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organization measures to protect your personal data. Mollie retains the right to use your data to improve the services and, in this context, to share the (anonymized) data with third parties. All the guarantees with regards to the protection of your personal data provided above also apply to those parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than permitted based on the legal storage periods.

Invoicing and Accounting

E-boekhouden

We use the services of E-boekhouden to keep our records and accounting. We share your name and your payment data such as your bank account or credit card number and (if provided) your address and residence data with regards to your order. These data are used for the processing of sales invoices. Your personal data are sent and stored in a secured manner. E-boekhouden is obliged to confidentiality and will handle your data confidentially. E-boekhouden does not use your personal data for other purposes than described above.
