General
This is a flexibility test for the shoulders. With this easy test—that you can also do at home—you get an indication of the flexibility of your shoulders!
Content
The test consists of the following components:
- Measuring times
- Compare left and right

Procedure
Stand upright and place one hand on your back. Make sure the palm of your hand is turned away from your back. Then place your other hand on top. Make sure this palm is turned towards your back. Try to get your fingertips as close to each other as possible. Measure the number of centimeters between the fingers. If the fingertips overlap, measure that distance. You will usually need help with this. Repeat the test on the other side.

- Now place your other hand on top, this time with the palm of your hand towards your back;
- Try to get your fingertips as close to each other as possible;
- Have the distance between your fingers (or the overlap) measured. Compare the results with the last time.
