This is a test to test your hip flexibility. This hip flexibility test can be done at home. You do not need any testing equipment.

The test consists of the following components:
- Measuring times
- Compare left and right

Procedure
Lie down on the floor on your back. Grab one knee and pull it towards you. It is important the other leg remains stretched on the floor. If your leg leaves the floor when you pull on your knee, the muscles that take care of bending your hip might be short.
Carry out the same exercise with the other knee to measure the difference.
Steps
- Lie down on the floor on your back;

Result
Stretch your hip benders with some stretching exercises. Then repeat the test and compare the results.
